Geoprobe Model GH62 Hammer

• This hammer hits at 1920 blows per minute (32 Hz) and delivers forces greater than 80,000 lbs per blow to the top end of the probe rod.
• The design of this hammer is the primary reason the Geoprobe system is so effective in frozen soil, perma-frost and tough clay conditions.
• The hammer features bi-directional rotation for efficient pavement and concrete cutting.  The integral rotation is also sufficient for light augering and turning in of screw anchors

Geoprobe Model GA3000 Two-Speed Auger Head

• The two-speed auger incorporates a planetary final drive head with an rpm range of 0 to 155 rpm.  On low speed the maximum torque rating is 3,000 ft. lbs. with a thrust rating of 5,000 lbs.  On high speed the unit has a torque rating of 1500 ft. lbs. with a thrust rating of 5000 lbs.

Dual Tube Soil Sampling System (DT325)

• The dual tube sampling system allows a sample tube to be driven within an outer casing to permit continuous sampling in unstable soil conditions.
• The dual tube system allows accurate efficient installation of water monitoring wells.
• The dual tube design allows sampling of contaminated soils without any possibility of cross contamination occurring due to sloughing in the hole.

Automatic Drop Hammer (DH100)

• The DH100 conforms with ASTM Standards D1586-99 (140 lb slug weight)
• The hammer can operate at up to 55 blows per minute.
• SPT (Standard Penetration Test) can be performed using a Solid Drive Point, as well as a Split Spoon or Dual Tube System if collecting samples is required while performing SPT testing.

Heated Transportation Trailer

• The trailer used to transport the Geoprobe unit and tooling is heated to ensure the equipment starts and operates reliably.
• The heated trailer allows on location servicing and maintenance of the unit, regardless of weather conditions.

Bobcat 2300 4X4 Utility Vehicle

• This unit allows the operator to control the Geoprobe from a mobile source.  This is especially critical when operating in remote or on large area locations.
• This unit allows the Operator to carry additional tooling if necessary, as well as quickly return to the supply trailer for additional parts or tools.  These features enhance time efficiencies and result in reduced costs for the client.
