Ernco Environmental Drilling & Coring Inc. is an independently owned Service Company based in Sylvan Lake, AB. We have operated the past two years as a family owned and operated business. We are very pleased to announce that we have recently reorganized our Corporate Structure and brought on a new Partner, Shareholder and Director. Mr. Horace Rieger brings with him over thirty five years of business experience, of which the past twenty eight years have been spent building and perfecting the most successful and unique sign business in Canada. Horace was the Founding Partner of "The I-DENT Group Inc." in 1982. Since that time I-Dent has become internationally known and respected for their quality service and signage production in the Oil and Gas industry. We are fortunate to have Horace as a shareholder and Director with Ernco Environmental and look forward to utilizing his expertise within our Corporation.

Ernco's primary focus is customer service and satisfaction, and provision of a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and clients.

All Ernco employees are fully trained and certified to drill and operate equipment within the legal boundaries of all jobs and tasks they may be required to perform.

We specialize in "Environmentally Responsible" specifically designed push probe soil sampling technology. Geoprobe Systems have been developed and perfected over the past twenty five years to become the most effective and widely recognized push style drilling equipment in the World. We are pleased to offer our Clients the latest, most technologically advanced and powerful machine in the Geoprobe lineup. The Geoprobe Model 8040DT is designed to push 4-1.2" diameter tooling to previously unreachable depths in tough Canadian soil conditions. The DT45 tooling allows Continuous Soil Sampling, Standard Penetration Testing (SPTs), and installation of 2" Monitoring Wells that meet and exceed design specifications, all through the tooling while the borehole remains cased. This design reduces SPT and Monitoring Well installation by 30% to 50% compared to conventional drilling methods. As a result, the Client can achieve significant project cost reductions that have previously been unachievable.

We also offer conventional drilling methods if the Client prefers.

We partner with multiple high profile reputable Engineering firms to provide sample collection and documentation services, as well as lab reports and complete detailed final reports tailored to the specific requirements of the client.
