Empire Services
Experienced and efficient, Empire Geophysics & Locating specializes in providing exceptional pipeline utility , utility locating, Alberta one-call contract management, and geophysical surveys. Empire retains a Professional Geophysicist with over 20 years of near-surface geophysics and environmental consulting experience in Alberta and Western Canada. Their experience with groundwater, soils, surface water, and environmental regulatory requirements ensures that Empire’s clients receive sound and pragmatic advice. All geophysical reports are reviewed and signed by them ensuring the consultants reports meet Alberta’s legislative requirements for the practice and reporting of near-surface geophysical surveys. Empire’s Geophysicist is also authorized with APEGS to interpret and report on near-surface geophysical surveys in Saskatchewan.
Empire has made available to our clients, an experienced drafting and geographical information system (GIS) team that create high quality drawings including geophysical survey figures, site diagrams including field survey results from soil and groundwater investigations, borehole logs, remediation, and reclamation planning figures. For our geotechnical and engineering clients, this team is capable of drafting figures that support these types of reports and investigations using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
